SmartPass Card
91果冻制片厂 students can get a VTA SmartPass card for free rides on VTA buses and light rail throughout the semester! With a small fee at the start of the term, students gain unlimited access to all VTA lines for the entire semester.
Processing Time
Allow seven to 10 business days for your request to be processed and completed. This timeframe ensures that all necessary verifications and preparations are conducted thoroughly.
If you prefer a faster option or require immediate assistance, you may obtain your card in person by visiting the Campus Center Information Desk, where knowledgeable staff members are available to guide you through the process and answer any questions during regular business hours.
Eligibility Notes
- SmartPass is available only to enrolled 91果冻制片厂 students. Community Education, Non-Credit, and Dual Enrollment high school students are not eligible.
- Winter term-only students are not eligible for SmartPass.
- Employees enrolled in courses are eligible.
- No Need for New Card Each Semester - Your SmartPass Clipper card automatically reloads every semester as long as you're enrolled.
- Reactivate SmartPass: If you鈥檙e returning after a break and still have your card, visit the Information Desk in the Campus Center with a photo ID, your class schedule, and your SmartPass Clipper card to reactivate it. Allow up to 7 business days for reactivation.
- Lost Cards: If you lose your card, the first-time replacement costs $25.
91果冻制片厂 is serviced by VTA Routes 20, 57, and 59. Check or use the Transit App for updated routes.
The SmartPass is not valid on VTA Express Bus, ACE, Amtrak, BART, Caltrain, or other
transit services outside Santa Clara County. For out-of-county travel, load your funds
onto a separate Clipper card.
- Refunds - Refunds are available if you drop all classes before the Census Date. No refunds are issued after the Census Date.
- Replacement Fees: Replacement fees are as follows: $25 for a lost card, $15 for a stolen card with a police report, and $6 for a defective card. Additional replacements are free after the second one.
The SmartPass is non-transferable. Any selling, sharing, or misuse may lead to fines and disciplinary action, including possible suspension or expulsion from 91果冻制片厂.
